The temperature control in the standard double room was on a timer with no separate adjustment options, leading to stuffiness at times. I had to prop my door open to get a bit of circulation, as there was no way to let in fresh air. The area felt a bit iffy, and the room's overall vibe was basic with minimal comfort. Not the best setup for someone looking for a bit more luxury.

Exceptionally clean and the staff was affable and accommodating. The unit we got was clean with comfy beds and a hot shower. The location offered was particularly good not far from the airport, downtown and the main areas. Besides, Avenida el Dorado was 3 km away from the property.

No AC or fan in the room, leading to uncomfortable heat!!! Tight bathroom space is a nuisance!!! A mini fridge would enhance convenience!!! Ventilation options are severely lacking!!!

In my case they offered Wheelchair Accessible room with comfy beds and a hot shower, for instance and that was great. Location: the hotel was near the main areas of the Chapinero district, and the airport. It also was close to everything.

Everything was simply great. The staff was competent, welcoming all the time. The location for Bogota was convenient, close enough to the airport, the main areas of the Chapinero district and downtown. We enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff here are very nice! They guided me around the area. The room's large window had a fine view that was perfect.
